Bad Hajj and Umrah operators
I had bad experience with this travel agent I have booked my umrah trip and hotels provided was very bad and too far from mosque Even they charged me extra for transport which was displayed to be free on their site.

"I went with Dome Tours for Hajj in 2012 and found them to be excellent. The service and communication was excellent. They are not the cheapest out there, but you do get excellent customer service."
