"This is a poor hotel in Makkah. Firstly, I wasn't aware that there is a very steep hill which you need to climb to get to it. My family suffered with this hill on the daily trips back and forth from the Haram. The hotel itself is of poor quality and in need of a refurbish as the amenities are outdated and poor quality. The rooms were not great and the bathroom could have been much better. The breakfast buffet was okay but could have been much better but I found the staff not the best. I once waited a long time to speak about an issue, and although the worker could see me waiting, did not make any contact with me and continued his conversation with his friends. I would not recommend this hotel."
